Callum Baird
MBACP FdA Humanistic Counselling
-
I am an experienced counsellor offering a calm, quiet, non-judgemental environment where you can talk about whatever or whoever you want.
-
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. This means that I am bound by, and work within their Ethical Framework - www.bacp.co.uk.
-
I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as part of the Data Protection Act.
-
I have a foundation degree in Humanistic Counselling with Transactional Analysis. This means that I am trained in recognising the personal growth potential in all of us; to offer a non-judgmental environment to explore this in; and to work with you to explore how your past has influenced the decisions you've made and how you interact with others – from your family and partner to your workmates and boss.
-
I also have experience in using Mindfulness skills, which can be defined as managing overwhelming thoughts and feelings by paying attention to the present moment.
-
You can use our sessions to offload; for support with an issue that's effecting your life right now; or to explore more long standing issues to help prevent the same negative feelings in the future.
-
I offer evening and daytime sessions and am based just 10 miles from Basingstoke, Andover, Newbury and Winchester.
-
I have experience of working with depression, anxiety, male identity, low self esteem, career counselling, self harm, suicidal thoughts, bereavement, separation, sexuality, relationships and alcohol dependency.
-
I work with individuals and couples from 18 years old.
